Congrats! I was trying not to comment on people's suggestions to avoid possible accusations of bias :).
I'll try to have all the fics done by the end of the month, but I may go a bit longer than that. I'll comment here to let you know when yours is finished.
The cake itself was from a box, so I'd imagine that some sort of egg-substitute would be all that is needed to vegan-ize it. I added the cookie recipe to the post. I used vegetable shortening instead of lard when I made them, and other than that, I think the recipe actually already is vegan (though, as I'm not actually vegan, I could be mistaken). :)
